| One of my research topics is experimental social psychology focusing on personal psychological processes and behaviors. I am particularly interested in various topics related to “self,” such as self-defense, self-enhancement, self-evaluation, self-presentation, and self-respect. I am also interested in motivation for achievement behaviors and interpersonal relationships, on which I am conducting questionnaire and interview surveys. At present, I am studying the role of “important others” in achievement motivation from the perspective of “other-oriented motivation.” | |
