Pay-for-job Statistical Project
This project develops statistical tools for standard wage-by-job, and provides society with wage data based on the statistics. GEM has developed the "wage measurement system by position" through repeated discussions at study group meetings consisting of wage issue specialists, as well as representatives of major organizations (private research institutes / employers' associations / labor unions) related to wage statistics. This system has been used by Nagano Employers' Association, Japan Analytical Instruments Manufacturers' Association, and others. Our challenge for the future is to further promote the utilization of this system outside the University and continue to improve the wage database by position.
