ディミトリリティシェフ教授｜学習院大学大学院経営学研究科

現代経済における戦略行動について研究を行っている。ゲーム理論、シミュレーション、または国際比較を通じて個人ならびに企業の行動を分析している。分析の対象はベンチャー企業とその関係者、住宅市場、高級品、男女別のライフコース、など。経営と政策への応用を目指している。

戦略行動について学びながら研究活動に加わりたい院生を募集しています。新入院生に求める知識は学部レベルのミクロ経済学（またはビジネスエコノミクス）とゲーム理論です。英語読解力も求めます。出願を検討している方への手紙を読んでから出願してください。

・若者による起業活動を可能にする戦略行動。(シリコンバレーと日本の比較)
・ベンチャー企業従業員が負うリスクは何か。（日本、米国、フィンランド間の国際比較）
・経済が成長しても住宅費が稼ぎやすくならない、労働時間が減らない。その原因は賃金と地価の連動なのか。（住宅と労働時間の選択モデル）
・フィンランド教育における学校・生徒の戦略：競争はなぜ発生しないのか、競争の代わりに働く学習動機は何か。
