講演題目：Quest for Excitement in Design and Synthesis at the Interface of Chemistry, Biology and Medicine

講演概要:

　Short summary of the lecture: This lecture will present the recent advancement in our medicinal chemistry and drug discovery research programs on anticancer agents, agents for pain control and substance use disorder and antifungal agents in perspective. The critical role of in silico screening, computer-aided drug design (CADD), structure-based design and efficient chemical synthesis in these research programs will be discussed.
