講演題目：Travels with Alkynes and Cumulenes: New Reaction Cascades with Ynamides & Ketenimines

講演概要:

　The Lecture will present recent work in the fields of the chemistry of ynamides and their ethinylogous buta-1,4-diynamides. Applications in the synthesis of nitrogen containing heterocycles, natural products and new fluorescent materials will be included. Transition metal catalyzed [2+2+2] alkyne cyclotrimerizations in natural product synthesis, annulation reactions with ynamides leading to 2-amino- and 2-thio indoles, as well as new reaction cascades to 2-aminoquinolines on basis of N-aryl-1,4-diynamides will be discussed. A focus will be set on our recent in detail investigation of the TBAF mediated detosylation reaction of 1,4-diyneamide and following reaction cascades.

　Witulski博士は，遷移金属錯体を用いた触媒反応の開発を中心に優れた業績をあげている，フランス カーン (Caen)大学のCNRSの研究者です。現在，上智大学に客員教授として滞在されています。最新の研究成果についてご講演いただきます。
